Independent retailer
ChavoyaTrade LLC operates chavoyatrade.store. We are an independent retailer and do not claim to be the original manufacturer or an official affiliated website of another brand. For enquiries and support, email support@chavoyatrade.store.
Catalogue & prices
Prices are displayed in USD and are indicative merchandise prices. Shipping, applicable taxes, duties, delivery restrictions, availability and any product-specific terms are confirmed before payment. We may correct catalogue errors before an order is accepted. Images and screen settings may affect colour appearance; please ask us about important specifications before ordering.
Order enquiries & acceptance
The cart and checkout save an unpaid order request in our store. Submission does not charge you or guarantee stock, delivery coverage or final shipping/tax amounts. An order is accepted only after we have confirmed the itemised quote and order terms in writing and you have agreed to the required payment arrangements. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Shipping, returns & care
Our shipping policy and returns policy form part of the order information. Product-specific care instructions and any disclosed exceptions should be reviewed before confirmation.
Website use
Please use the website responsibly and do not interfere with its operation or misuse contact information. Names and images identifying products remain associated with their respective owners. Our independent visual presentation does not imply brand affiliation.
Consumer rights & questions
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Contact our support team first so we can help resolve a concern.
